Tracy Paul – Principal/Account Executive
Tracy has helped independent home services contractors grow their businesses since the late 90s. He employs a broad set of skills in management, marketing and advertising to find creative solutions to today’s business challenges. He’s married with a 16 year old step son, is active in his faith, is a triathlete and has a passion for the outdoors including, hiking, backpacking and rock climbing.
Bryan Towse – Account Executive
Bryan brings 22 years of advertising, marketing, and management experience to Cornerstone. He is a veteran in the world of Direct Response advertising and has a passion for making things work. When Bryan isn’t helping businesses to be awesome, you’ll usually find him spending time with his wife and daughter or obsessing over his other passion – motorcycles.
Matt Csanyi – Account Executive
Matt has over twelve years of experience in marketing, management, and sales, both for small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. He enjoys motorcycle racing, gardening, and a good hearty pot of full-strength coffee. He has also always liked the idea of yoga, and someday plans to try it. Matt lives in Carmel, IN, with three ladies – his wife and two daughters.
Randy Davis – Account Executive
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Randy worked for nine years with Manhattan Center Studios in New York City as a producer, executive producer, vice president and eventually president. He was responsible for all areas of production and established the company as an industry leader in audio, video and special event production. Randy’s clients included NBC, HBO, CBS, CNN, MTV and ESPN. He had the opportunity to work with talented performers, including Paul McCartney, Janet Jackson, Bruce Springsteen and Oprah Winfrey to name a few. (We hate it when people name drop, but come on it’s Paul McCartney!)
Jennifer Axsom – Creative Services Director
Jennifer has more than 13 years experience in production and graphic design. With a childhood dream of seeing her name in the liner notes of a CD, after graduating from Butler University, Jennifer spent the next decade in Nashville, TN (Music City USA) working production and design in the music industry. In 2007, she returned to the Hoosier state to spend more time with family and friends. When not traveling on their latest “adventure” Jennifer, her husband and two kiddos can often be found on or around the local soccer fields.
Jeannie Heironimus – Bookkeeper
Jeannie has been with Cornerstone since 2006, handles all financial concerns for the company, and keeps Tracy from going to jail. Jeannie has a rich background full of experience, including account assistant for an oil/gas company, as well as State Farm. When Jeannie is not busy keeping Cornerstone running smoothly, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Mike Kueper – Art Director
Mike’s first foray into the design world was when he won an anti-smoking poster contest in 6th grade. Since then, he has graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design from Ball State University and continues to look for better ways to get a clients message across in an ad. He’s made a fool of himself twice when meeting Olivia Newton-John, loves to volunteer, with his recent stint on the Super Bowl XLVI Host Committee being a definite highlight, and is on the search to add to his over 800+ keychain collection.
Josh Shadoan – Graphic Artist
Joshua graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communications and has been working in the fields of Graphic Design and Advertising since 2011. Prior to working for Cornerstone he worked as a Graphic Designer, Website Builder, and Digital Media Designer for both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. His expertise lies in both print and web media design, as well as, web development. In the last two years he has been making animated graphics and exploring the field of 2d animation. He enjoys learning new techniques, industry standards, and design trends while expanding upon his knowledge of the visual arts.
Megan Arszman – Social Media Strategist
Megan has more than 10 years of writing experience working with many national publications and websites. She graduated from Murray State University with a degree in print journalism and a minor in equine science. She has since morphed her career path from not only print writing but also digital media, specifically social media. She’s recently moved back to Central Indiana where she lives with her husband, their daughter, two cats, and two dogs. When she’s not attached to her smartphone or MacBook writing or watching Tweets, she can be found in the gym, in the barn, or running her dogs in agility.
Jeremy Lawrence – Social Media Strategist
Jeremy has enjoyed a long career working in the media industry both in the Midwest and Deep South. He has a background in public relations, promotions, social media and marketing. He has worked helping individual brands grow social media and impact customers. Jeremy spends his free time running and enjoying watching his kids play sports.
Katherine Faulk – Social Media Strategist
Katherine brings experience in social media, content creation, and digital marketing. She graduated from UNC Charlotte in 2014 with a degree in communications: public relations and from West Virginia in 2016 with a masters in integrated marketing communication. Hailing from Tennessee, she now calls Austin her home. Before joining Cornerstone, she had her own freelance social media business and worked at various agencies in Austin. In her spare time she enjoys writing and exploring her adopted city.
Mark Arenz – Digital
Mark has been honing his skills in digital media for more than 20 years, working on projects for clients large and small. He grew up in Elkhart, IN, and graduated from DePauw University with a degree in communications. He and his wife live in Lawrence, IN, with their two teenagers and usually spend their weekends helping with their son’s scout troop or cheering on their daughter with the IU marching band. In rare quiet moments, Mark enjoys hiking, camping, and old-school video games.
Christina Alexander – Account Assistant
Christina comes to Cornerstone with more than ten years of experience in office administration. She graduated from the Indiana Institute of Technology where she received a degree in business management. She lives in central Indiana with her husband, one cat, and two dogs. In her free time Christina enjoys reading, hiking, biking, and board games.
Monica Brodbeck – Media Buyer
When it comes to stretching pennies or delivering maximum bang for the buck, Monica has over 20 years of experience in strategic media planning and buying. She is a three-time recipient of the AWRT (American Women in Radio & Television) Media Director of the Year award, and in 2005 received the prestigious 40 under 40 award from Business First. Monica is recently married and enjoys southern living!
Michael Perri – Operations Consultant
Michael has over 25 years of experience in both the contractor and manufacturer side of the HVAC business, and 15 years in sales and marketing experience for HVAC contractors. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two sons, and enjoys fishing in his spare time.
Aaron Yoder – Digital Associate
Aaron’s roots in design and marketing, began with video and photography in high school. Since then he graduated from the University of Indianapolis with his BFA in visual communication. Before working at Cornerstone, Aaron was freelance web designer for a few years. In his spare time, he spends time at local music venues, announcing for ESports tournaments, and developing his UI/UX skills.
Russel Nichols – Digital Sales
Russell brings 15 years of Business Development to the Cornerstone team with 6 years of expertise in Software Solutions. He is committed to the client’s needs and satisfaction. Carefully understanding each circumstance, business and responsibility have proved to give him a great reputation with each client. Russell enjoys cycling and vacations with his family. He is currently racing for Team World Bicycle Relief and enjoys fundraising to help mobilize people around the world through the “Power of Bicycles.”
